Re-registration of ITK New Student Candidates for Higher Education Affirmation Scholarship (ADIk) Academic Year 2022/2023

RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS
KALIMANTAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (ITK)
SBMPTN PATHWAYS FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/2023

 

Prospective new Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK) students for the 2022/2023 Academic Year who have been announced to pass the ADIK selection must re-register with the following stages:

  1. Fill out the New Student Registration Form online at www.pmb.itk.ac.id (with username and password: ADIk registration no) on June 24 at 12 PM (WITA) until July 15, 2022. The following files must be uploaded:

    2 Family Identity Card **(original)
    3 ID Card (KTP or Student Card) **(original)
    4 Certificate of Graduation**(original)
    5 Birth certificate **(original)
    6 Stamped Tuition Fee Statement *(template available)
    7 Stamped new student statement *(template available)
    8 Health Coverage (minimum BPJS Health)
    9 Stamped statement letter for parents' and/or guardians' income for the last three months legalized by the RT/kelurahan/village (for non-employees) or by the company in the form of income slips (for institutional and/or private employees) (stamped statement letter template available)
    10 Certificate of presence/no other sources of income other than those listed in point 11 (eleven) and ratified by the RT/kelurahan/village. (There are templates available)
    11 Electricity and water bills for the last 1 month
    12 Proof of payment of Land and Building Tax (PBB) for the last year on all land or buildings owned
    13 Proof of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payment for all motorized vehicles (two and four wheels) owned
    14 Certificate of RT for the number of houses, motorcycles, automobiles, and agricultural or plantation land owned * (templates available)
    15 If the parent/guardian has other dependents who are currently studying, they must provide a Student Identity Card (KTM)/student card/certificate of active study
    16 Photos of the front of the house, the living room, the family room, the bathroom, the kitchen, and the bedroom are clear and detailed.
    17 Death Certificate (if parents have died)
    18 A brief description of the parent's job and income (template available when you login)
    19 KIP – Kuliah/ SKTM/ KKS/ other similar card

    Statement letter from parents/guardians indicating their willingness to pursue the following options in the event of the student's death or injury:

    • buried in the vicinity of the college, or
    • If the body is to be buried in another location that necessitates special burial, transportation, and burial, the parents or guardians or the local government will bear the associated costs.

  2. Attending online coordination via zoom https://s.itk.ac.id/praduadik on July 1, 2022 at 09.00 WITA.

  3. Re-registering on July 25 until July 27 2022 at Melakukan registrasi/ daftar ulang offline pada tanggal 25-27 Juli 2022 di Integrated Laboratory Building Auditorium ITK, Jl. Soekarno Hatta Km. 15,  Balikpapan with the following conditions:

    1. Prospective students must register / re-register themselves (unrepresented), neatly dressed in collars, shoes, and in an orderly manner.
    2. Prospective students can register/re-register at from 09.00 AM to 02.30 PM (WITA).
    3. Please bring the following files:
      • Self Identity
      • All files uploaded (in softfile form)
  1. Prospective students are required to attend the new student admissions activity by the Chancellor of ITK which is held at the Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK) Campus, Karang Joang, Balikpapan, the implementation of which will be announced later.
  2. Detailed information can be viewed through www.itk.ac.id or contacting ITK secretariat at ITK Campus, Karang Joang, Balikpapan.
  3. If you have any additional questions about the uploaded data or the verification process, please contact us via the 'contact us' section or live chat on www.pmb.itk.ac.id. You can also contact ITK via email infoukt@itk.ac.id or other official ITK social media.
  4. The re-registration process will be closed in July 15 2022 at 4 PM (WITA).
  5. All changes related to re-registration process changes will be informed through the pmb.itk.ac.id portal, and all ITK's official social media.

The provisions outlined above are binding on all prospective new ITK students for the 2022/2023 academic year, and if they are not met, they will be considered resigned. This should be known and implemented as thoroughly as possible.
